| Therapies: | Central to all my work are the various energy psychologies. I employ mostly EFT and TAT with TFT and toxin elimination a la Sandi Radomski as needed. I use a developmental (neo-Anna Freud) approach as a way to define and clarify and center issues. I also employ a wide variety of sdtandard therapeutic techniques to achieve the goals set forth by the ages and stages approach. Family of origin work blends nicely with the developmental. Some cognitive, some Carl Rogers! EMDR as modified for a developmental approach. Behavior therapy. Social learning. Relaxation techniques, some bio-feedback. Locus of Control to frame things. |
